Andalucía Big Festival presents its final line-up and day splits with new names such as María José Llergo, Wolf Alice, Niños Mutantes, Delaporte and Viva Belgrado added to the bill. The festival will also start selling day tickets today from 12am CEST. |
The festival kicks off on Thursday, September 8th with Rage Against The Machine as the main headliner. The band are returning to Andalucia after 25 years away, and will be accompanied by artists such as Biffy Clyro and Morgan, with Wolf Alice and Joey Valence & Brae amongst the new artists freshly announced to the line-up for Thursday. Friday, September 9th will include an exclusive concert by Jamiroquai, the only show the British band will perform in Europe this year. The day includes names such as Glass Animals, Nova Twins, Michael Kiwanuka and Sylvie Kreusch, with Vetusta Morla and La Perra Blanco amongst the best Spanish indie acts. Muse will close the festival on Saturday, September 10th, together with Years & Years, Delaporte, Los Planetas, and María José Llergo, to put the cherry on top of three days of music at Sacaba Beach. Day tickets will be on sale from 12am CEST today at www.andaluciabigtickets.com and will have a starting price of 69€ + fees. Three-day passes are still available starting at 125€ + fees. Andalucía Big Festival is part of the Andalucía BIG project, which aims to be the largest cultural event in Andalusia and includes two other major events, Andalucía Live, a series of free concerts that will take place in the different provinces of Andalusia in the weeks prior to the festival and Andalucía Music Forum, the meeting for music industry professionals. This project has the collaboration of the Tourism Council of the Andalucia Board. |
