“<<Life in Rear View>> has truly been a labor of love. I’ve been writing songs to process my experiences for years from scribbling lyrics in my math class notebook back in high school to playing guitar on my bed and creating songs at 3 in the morning to my first time recording in a professional studio. It’s crazy to have some of that music finally out in the world and to connect with listeners,” says Kara. “Each song on this album contains a little piece of my soul and I hope that when you place them all together you get a greater picture of who I am as both a person and an artist.
