MAKE THEM SUFFER have digitally released their new album “How To Survive A Funeral” on June 19, via Rise Records. The album will be released physically on July 10. Due to a variety of factors outside of the band’s control, the release date was moved up.

The band has also shared the video for the new song “Bones”. The song’s chunky, crackling riff, chilling keyboard melodies, and vicious vocals are matched by the unsettling visuals and storyline that unfold before your eyes in the clip.

‘Bones’ is a song about sacrifice” says singer Sean Harmanis“It’s about the sacrifices I’ve made and the sacrifices we all make to pursue what we love. Writing the lyrics to this song raised the question of how much I’d be willing to give for this band. How much more could this pursuit take from me?”.

“How To Survive A Funeral” has been generating incredible praise from the press, with many outlets calling attention to the album’s deft dynamics, symphonic flourishes, and male-female vocal interplay.

Make Them Suffer previously shared the video for the first single Erase Me which crossed over 1 million views and also dropped the tracks Drown With Me” and “Soul Decay”.

“How To Survive A Funeral” is Make Them Suffer‘s fourth full-length and sees inspiration from their past and present sounds twisted together into a package that will define their place amongst their contemporaries as a truly creative act. The band enlisted Drew Fulk A.K.A. WZRDBLD, who has worked with everyone from Motionless In White and Bullet For My Valentine to Yelawolf and Lil’ Wayne. The band traveled to L.A. to hole up at Fulk’s studio. It marked the first time in the band’s career that it worked this closely with a producer and the result is truly something unique.
