Metallica will be back in the UK and Europe with their “WorldWired Tour“, with new concerts in stadiums, parks and even one in a castle.
The band will make a stop in Italy with a single date on May 8, 2019 at the SNAI San Siro Racetrack at the Milan Summer Festival.
Tickets will be previewed for the Fan Club starting at 10.00 on Tuesday 25 September (for more information click here), for American Express card holders starting at 10 am on Wednesday 26 (for 48 hours) and for subscribed to MyLiveNation on www.livenation.it starting from 10.00 am on Thursday 27. The general sales will start instead from 10.00 on Friday 28 September on www.ticketmaster.itwww.ticketone.it and in all sales points authorized.
The new dates of Metallica arrive after the concerts held between September last year and May of this year, where the band broke the record for the largest number of spectators in the arenas in over 29 countries. The new leg will start on 1 May 2019 at the Restelo Stadium in Lisbon. The new tour consists of 25 new shows in 20 countries, which will touch cities not yet visited by the tour like Milan, Zurich, Dublin, Brussels (where the band did not return from 1988), Berlin, Moscow, Warsaw, Bucharest, Gothenburg and for the first in their career also Trondheim (Norway), Hameenlinna (Finland) and Tartu (Estonia).
Special tour guests are Ghost and Bokassa.
Naturally, the special Wherever I May Roam Black Ticket will also return for this leg: the ticket will allow access to the parterre for any Metallica show in Europe and Great Britain in 2019. Black Ticket ticket holders will only have to choose the show to participate in and book online within 48 hours of the chosen date. A limited number (750) of Black Ticket will go on sale for € 598 (for more information visit: CID Entertainment).
As with all previous WorldWired Tour shows, each ticket purchased will guarantee a physical copy in standard edition of the “Hardwire … To Self-Destruct” album or a digital copy of the disc (at the discretion of the consumer). Once again all the tickets will include the free MP3 download of the show in which they participated, mixed and mastered by the team behind the creation of “Hardwired … To Self-Destruct”. To download the show’s audio, simply scan or insert the barcode contained in the ticket on LiveMetallica.com/scan.
More options to fully experience the Metallica live will be available in partnership with the CID Entertainment team: the various options include premium tickets and special offers such as early access to the venue, a visit to the “Memory Remains” collection or the meeting with the band members. Visit CID Entertainment to find out all the details of the packages available.
