July 20th marks one year since Chester Bennington, the voice of a generation, passed away, leaving behind an evergreen musical legacy, with lyrics that raised millions of fans from darkness and hopelessness when they most needed it.

For the past 365 days, the world experienced a never before seen amount of love & homages paid by his fans & fellow musicians, in an unending list of memorials all over the globe. Chester wasn’t just a rockstar. He was one of the kindest & most humble musicians the industry has ever known, always focusing on helping those around him, supporting humanitarian causes and dedicating his life to music.

Whether he was on stage with Linkin Park, Grey Daze, Dead By Sunrise or Stone Temple Pilots, Chester was known for always giving 100% on stage. Breaking his wrist or leg during a concert never stopped him from performing that show till the very last song in the setlist. He used to say: “In two hours it will be as broken as it is now, so why stopping the show?

In spite of all his hard times & critical moments in life, he was one of the most positive & amusing human beings. To remember him today, his band mates from Linkin Park have collated a video of funny moments from their 18 years together.

Previous to publishing the video, the band posted on their Social Media a message for their beloved friend:
