Your new album “Palo” has just been released, can you share with us the most difficult moment of its preparation? Any crazy/funny behind the scene?
The most difficult part was absolutely having a fight witn my brother cause he didn’t want my songs to the album. Hehee, actually everything went quite smoothly altough there was some challenges cos Timo and Janne recorded their parts in a different studios. But we could handle with that.
How do you usually write the lyrics of your songs?
I’m the one to take care of them.
Usually I get inspired whatever interesting happens around me and I write the title idea down. Then when there’s a song ready composed I start to test these title ideas to the songs.
And when I find out the best combination I just start to match them word by word.
What is the best verse you ever wrote?
Uh, this is a hard one. Can’t remember them all but perhaps this:
‘Listen to the wind singing in the grass, my love As you lay yourself down to rest Listen to the cry of the river in autumn cold, my dear Before I close gates deep down inside’
What was the soundtrack to your childhood?
Creeedence Clearwater Revival’s Cosmos Factory.

What inspired “Take Me Away” ?
A bachelor is buying himself a bride from the liquor store
Do you remember the day you wrote “Waiting In The wings”?
That was a hard one. It was on my table the whole summer -17. I got that done little by little.
Are you ever scared of revealing, aspects of your personal experience, to strangers through your music?
Well, probably sometimes but in most cases I find that interesting.
Just to see the reactions but I have to admit nothing revolutionary haven’t happen
What inspired “Blood Ran Cold”?
The feeling that comes after a two week drinking streak
